Accessibility statement
We treat accessibility as a design and testing objective. This page describes what we do and how to reach us with accessibility requests.
Our commitment
The NLG Denver LLC website is built with semantic HTML, a single H1 per page, descriptive headings, labeled form fields, keyboard access, visible focus states, and a skip-to-content link. We support reduced-motion preferences and aim for readable contrast across the site.
Keyboard and navigation
- A skip link lets keyboard users jump directly to main content.
- The mobile menu opens and closes with a button, reports its state via
aria-expanded, closes on Escape, and returns focus to the toggle. - All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
Forms
The contact form uses labeled fields, marks required inputs, validates input, and reports errors in text. It does not rely on color alone to communicate errors.
Alternative formats
The capability statement is provided as accessible printable HTML and as a downloadable text file, so it can be read with assistive technology or opened in any text editor.
Reduced motion
Animations and transitions respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting. When reduced motion is requested, smooth scrolling and transitions are minimized.
No-JavaScript access
Core navigation and direct email contact remain available without JavaScript. The direct email link to nlgdenver@gmail.com works without scripts.
Reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please tell us so we can fix it. Email nlgdenver@gmail.com with the page and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to accessibility requests promptly.
