Teaming
A structured approach to teaming
We team on a defined workshare basis. The steps below describe how we assess fit and agree execution before committing to an opportunity.
How we team
Teaming is conditional and scope-specific. We do not claim in-house capabilities we do not have; we identify a qualified provider where the scope requires one.
- 01
Defined workshare
We agree a specific, defined workshare rather than a vague teaming arrangement. Each party's scope, deliverables, and boundaries are documented up front.
- 02
Opportunity assessment
We assess the opportunity for fit against our capabilities and flag any scope that requires a qualified provider.
- 03
Matching capabilities
We match the required scope to our capabilities and identify where a scope-specific provider is needed to complete the team.
- 04
Agreeing execution requirements
We agree execution requirements — period of performance, reporting cadence, handoffs, and responsibilities — before committing.
- 05
Scope-specific provider qualifications
Specialty project teaming is conditional on an identified qualified provider. It is not an in-house licensed construction or trade capability.
Have a teaming opportunity?
Share the opportunity and the workshare you have in mind. We'll assess fit and confirm any scope-specific provider requirements.
